Wheat Starch Processing Line



  1. Process Description
    Wheat flour becomes thick liquid with water. The thick liquid after mixing up will be divided into three parts by sedimentation separator: A - starch, B - starch containing gluten and pentosan.

    A - starch will be refined after backflushing cleaning, and the refined A - starch will be used in derivatives production or become pure starch after dehydrating and drying.

    After filtration and separation, B - starch turns into glutelin and starch B - starch slurry, and the glutelin becomes wheat protein after washing, dehydrating and drying.
