  2. Description of Vacuum Belt Drier
    The main factors that influencing materials drying rate are the temperature, humidity, pressure of materials’ circumstance and its superficial area, etc.

    Vacuum belt drier heats materials under vacuum condition. When vacuum belt drier chamber is evacuating, vacuum unit takes away a large amount of water vapor that produced when material is evaporating so as to dry materials in short time.

    This device has been widely used in the drying process of medicine, food, biological products, and chemical industries.
