Flash Dryer

1. Overview
   
   The flash dryer designed and manufactured by SGM is not only suitable for all kinds of tubers starch drying, but also corn and wheat starch drying.
   
   
   The process configuration and technical parameter in the whole process is strictly controlled according to the scientific theory which ensures the high quality of the final product. The flash dryer is made of high grade stainless steel and thus is a perfect choice for customers.


2. Structure and Principle(With Picture)
   
   The wet material is sent to the material hoister by screw conveyor, and then to the dryer together with the heated and filtrated air. As the large heat exchanging area, the drying process can be finished in a short time. The dried material is sent to the next step by airlock while the end gas is discharged by the exhausting pipe. The drying process is finished in continuously changing calibers.
